So everyone, I’ve returned from my long hiatus.  Grad school is over and I could not be more relieved!

I have to share this recipe for Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff.  The recipe seems a little weird with adding no liquid to the chicken in the recipe’s first step, but go with it.  The only alteration I made to this recipe was to splash in about a quarter of a cup of red wine (which I think cuts the heaviness of the cream cheese somewhat).  Served over egg noodles this is a delicious, hearty winter dish.
